GOPAL SINGH, 13th Rao Saheb of Kharwa
1898/1939, born 1872, he was sentenced to four years
of imprisonment in the Todgarh Fort for organising a
revolt against the British, and every spring on the
anniversary of his death, the residents of Kharwa and
nearby villages gather at a mela (celebration
or fair) to commemorate their former Thakur Saheb;
married and had issue. He died 1939.

GANPAT SINGH, 14th Rao Saheb of Kharwa
1939/(1948), born 17th August 1895 in Kharwa, educated
at Mayo College, Ajmer; he served in the Western
Command with the rank of Captain; he was elected to
the Ajmer Legislative Assembly in 1951; he was part of
the Assembly Progressive Party and together with other
landowners, he opposed the Ajmer Abolition of
Intermediaries and Land Reforms Act of 1955; he
contested the Beawar seat unsuccessfully in the 1957
Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election; married and
had issue. He died after 1957.

Uma Kanta Devi, born 1924, daughter of Raja
Vijaipratap Narayan Bahadur Pal of Mahson, and his wife,
Rani Pratap Kunwar.
